L’imponente Edificio si trova ai piedi della scala ed è prospicente all’omonima Piazza del Municipio.
Le armoniche linee Architettoniche ottocentesche sono dovute alla ristrutturazione che ne fece l’Architetto G.B.Nicastro, quando il comune acquistò il Palazzo dal Principe di Bellaprima per farne la Casa Comunale.
L’esterno si sviluppa su tre ordini di colonne e l’interno è caratterizzato da un grandioso Scalone d’Accesso.
La Sala di Rappresentanza, al primo piano, finemente decorata è sede delle pubbliche manifestazioni della Citta’.
La parte posteriore, progettata dall’Architetto Saverio Fragapane, é in stile Liberty (primi XX Sec).

“The imposing Building is located at the foot of the staircase and overlooks the Piazza del Municipio (Town Hall Square) of the same name.
The harmonious nineteenth-century Architectural lines are due to the renovation carried out by the Architect G.B. Nicastro, when the municipality purchased the Palace from the Prince of Bellaprima to make it the Town Hall.
The exterior is developed on three orders of columns and the interior is characterized by a magnificent Entrance Staircase.
The finely decorated Hall of Representatives (or Reception Hall), on the first floor, is the venue for the City’s public events.
The rear part, designed by the Architect Saverio Fragapane, is in Liberty style (early 20th century).
